The 0.1mm Tolerance Standard
Our shaping process begins with a digital twin. We simulate water flow using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize the rail-to-tail transition. Once the blueprint is perfected, our master shapers work to a 0.1mm tolerance. This level of precision ensures that the board you ride is an exact replica of the world-record-breaking prototypes we test in the lab.
The Signature of the Shaper
While machines provide the consistency, only a human eye can perfect the "feel" of a board. Each RockerWave board undergoes a 20-point hand-inspection. We check the harmonic resonance of the carbon layup and the tactile smoothness of the matte finish. This is where engineering becomes art.
